Planking

to act as a plank.

1. lay facedown and be still as a plank.
2. keep your arms straight.
3. keep your legs straight.
4. get your friend to take a picture
5. upload to facebook.

ps. the most daring planks are the best. E.g. one that would be hard to do, something that would get you into trouble. like a police car....

sam: hey, remember that planking last night?
bill: yeah we went some gutsy places last night.

planking

The act of placing ones body in such a way in which arms are by the plankers side & all limbs are at full extension often performed on a unanimous object. The object in which the planker chooses to plank on is entirely the plankers choice, although the more unique the object often the better the plank. The planker usually immortalize the plank with a picture.

Bill: I have a great idea for planking!
Sean: Yeah?
Bill: Let's go to the gym and plank the basket!
Sean: Dude, you're sick.
