short ladder attack

A situation where extremely large numbers (thousands) of very tiny trades (100 shares or less) are done at approximately the same share price (within a penny or two) for a short period of time (typically <30 minutes) that causes the tools, software, and websites that retail investors use to buy/sell stocks to fail. Examples of failure include graphs that were showing the activity of the stock while the markets are open suddenly disappearing and showing "Data Not Available". Where multiple attempts are made to view the graph and continue to fail for a period of time. Inability to view the current stock price, current volume, current translations in progress, or other details due to server failure or sever overload. Inability to log in to investment websites to change buy or sell stocks because the websites do not respond or do not load. Server error messages when submitting a buy or sell order that prevents it from being registered with the market. It is rumored that these types of attacks are done to prevent retail investors from being able to buy the stock so that the hedge funds can drive down the price and purchase it at a lower price using tools, software, and websites that are not available to retail investors.

The short ladder attack prevented the average investor from being able to purchase shares at the lower price and by the time it was over, the price was already back up to where it was.

Franklin Ladder Splatter

Climb the ladder and lay on the ground and open your mouth for the poop splatter. First person to drop a bullseye or is the winner in this family fun game. Splat the shat in the center trying for the bulls EYE or shoot the shit in the mouth hole to win this game.

Directions 1) get a ladder. 2) Requires 2 or more people each rotating as the shooter and the receiver 3) 1 person lays at the base of the ladder while player 2 climbs the ladder to splat the shat in the bullseye of the player laying down on the ground. 4) first person to tap out or shoot the shit in the eye or mouth is the winner !!

Ad Layers

A description for layers in an ad. As an example: For most mobile games ads will appear, But even when you click the X button on the top right corner, a new screen will pop up that usually has the thumbnail of the game on the top, the name of the game in the middle, and below it all is a big blue button that says "Get". Ad Layers are defined by how many Ad Skips there are. 1 Ad Skip = 1 Ad Layer(s), 2 Ad Skips = 2 Ad Layers.

Person 1: "Yo look at this game I found!"
Person 2: "I've seen that game in an ad, the ad was so annoying since there are way too many Ad Layers on it"
