almost like make it rain, except different.

make it hail means to throw a medium to large amount of change at a hooker or someone, and causes massive amounts of pain, if done correctly. Just be careful who you make it hail on!

"Dude, look at Sam, she's got it goin' on!"
"Yeah, too bad i'm gonna make it hail on her ass!"

If it were to happen in the club:
"Yo, check the girl out on the dance floor, she's on fiah."
"Look, someone gonna make it hail on her from long range!"
