The feeling of not getting out of bed. Feeling tired all the
time & just feel like you
don't deserve to live. Truth is, we all have depression but we all just have a different way of handling it.
Some people always say that you just have to stay positive, it's easy to say. But rather try to understand why someone is negative all the
time.
To those that feels like they don't want to wake up, they'
re not good enough or just feel depressed all the
time... remember that everyday you wake up, is a second chance. You are good enough & your story isn't over;
We
think that suicide is the only option. We
end our own pain, but give it to someone else.
Don't allow depression to win.
