The act of in which you are a Colonel of something, that may or may not be involved with the BullMoose Club, and you receive your PhD after the fact.Can also be spelled: Col. Doctor, Col. Dr., Colonel Dr., Kernel Dr., Kernel Doctor, Cornhole Dr.

There is only one Colonel Doctor, his name is Col. Doctor.
