Jenna Harkin is the kind of person who will hit you with an electric scooter at 25 kph and blame it on you. She will not apologise until months after when she laughs about it and says sorry even though she is telling herself it's not her fault. However she can be cool sometimes but i would run if you meet someone with her name because once she gets her drivers license, it wont be a scooter hitting you.

Me: *vibing whilst waiting for my friend to come*

Me: *Falls of the floor and crys because i was just hit with a fucking scooter*
Jenna: "Why were you stood there? I wasn't focusing you shouldn't just stand when i'm behind you even though i was miles away and u were slowing down slowly."

Somebody who tries to say and do things that are woke, but doesn't know the purpose or application behind what they are saying or doing. They come off as obnoxiously uninformed, and no one really wants or asks to hear what they have to say.

A play-on-words for "general public", as many people are beginning to speak out on social issues they have no knowledge about or relation to.

Ugh I went with Sarah to get ice cream and she went on this rant about how she doesn't see flavor, just ice cream. She can be such a Jenna Republic.
