A very slow and ineffective dud pretending to be a leader, does not know what he is doing, putting the team/country behind others

1. We have a Slomo that puts us behind the rest of the world in broadband speed.
2. Slomo is why we are taking so bloody long to achieve herd immunity.

When a person or animal consumes another creatures saliva. Typically the saliva is particularly copious, viscous, and just downright filthy. The “gobbler” is often a depraved maniac and just can’t resist any opportunity to eat slobber.
