Derived from a "Garfield" comic, a "no sweat sarge" is when in a first person shooter video game, you (with or without your team) feel that you can clutch the game and win with an overly-tactical loadout, strategy, and/or calculated style of gameplay.

Simple definition:
Going ultra-tactical calculated soldier mode.
