The opposite of high key. Basically just not very showy. If someone thinks you are low key kinda hot, it means that they find you quite attractive but you are very subtle about being attractive. You almost don't know it.

1.) A tool, usually "T" shaped, used at the meter to cut the water service back on after it has been disconnected, usually due to non payment.
2.) Any tool used to turn a utility back on illegally.
3.) In some regions, any device or object used to gain illegal entry into a structure, building or site.
