In reference to a racial slur used to refer to dark-skinned individuals of African descent. This word is used heavily by white female customer service employees named Shelby from the Southwestern grocery chain 'Publix', especially in front of people of the ancestral group the slur is targeted at.

Shelby can seem nice and fun at first but then you get to know her and she can be a complete bitch I mean she talks bad about the other ppl in the friend group when there not around and then when your not around you find out she’s talked behind your back.
