"Co ja pacze?" is Polish meme, based on "starring cat" picture. "Co ja pacze" means something like "What am I looking at?" and contains purpously used misspelling in word "Pacze" (because it sounds very familiar to proper form of this word - "Patrzę" what means "Looking") and totally wrong syntax (lack of certain pronouns etc).
"Co ja pacze?" is used when somebody witnesses something extremally strange, funny or hard to understand - similar to WTF?!.

1.One who has the common sense not to like wankster rap, and hip-hop with pop singers in it.
2. Someone who knows what a real murdereris, and knows that it does not include short midgets that sing with pop stars, and rely on Irv Gotti for excessive amounts of extacy pills.

The unexpected feeling of intense pleasure gained by inadvertantly hearing a song that you heard when you were on MDMA; a state that reminds you why you do drugs; yet more evidence of the positive long-term effects of psychoactives.
"Fuck me, what's this song?"
"Skream's remix of In For The Kill by La Roux, why?"
"I feel so pleasant right now...it's totally giving me a de ja high...
...Play it again."
