Really, really, really hot. So hot that even a goat wouldn't be able to stand it. Typically occurs during really humid weather, especially while working outdoors doing manual labor.

We'd been working in the sun all morning and I was goat hot.

1. Stoked to the uppermost degree.
2. Something is going well and you're feeling the need to express you're enthusiasm at it's sucess.

1. On a good day you say "I'm stoked as a goat!"
2. Situation example: You've just done some particuarly nice welds and the girder is properly solid as an ox. So you say: "Ahhhhh, Stoked as a goat!"

Naked Goat

A goatee grown without any accompanying hair above the mouth (i.e. no stache). A Soul Patch in and of itself does not qualify as a "naked goat" because it is normally not substantial enough to require an accompanying stache for the sake of aesthetic balance.

I had to do a double-take when I noticed he was rocking the Naked Goat tonight. Only a man with supreme confidence would venture off into that territory.
