A common pet who is often mistaken for being 'smart' when actually they're sarcastic bastards. Pretty much the opposite of a dog. You are either a cat person or a dog person - NEVER both.

A crack/heroin addict usually hanging aroundon the street (In london at least) who will do pretty much anything for a hit, is continually looking out for number one and has proven themselves to be completely untrustworthy. A person who does not care about the comeback or consequences of the actions that they employ to get their drugs or drug money. They may often follow you in groups (central London especially) and try to offer to 'help' you get something before ripping you off. Although usually a cat has no 'hussle' whatsoever and just tries to bully or beg drugs of another user.

User 1: "Rio says J is holding. I'm going to go halfs with him on a bone."

User 2: "Mate, forget it, the geezer's a Cat You won't see him for dust."
