Pieterse

Usually a family name/sirname of a dutch or africaans originated family. A pieterse is usually confident, outspoken, witty, funny and good-looking. Pieterses always have a good sense of humour and a good feeling for comunity, family and togetherness. Pieterse means 'son of peter' or another way of saying 'van pieter' in dutch or africaans, etc. Pieterses like to tease others and are critical yet kind and thoughtful people. A pieterse speaks his/her mind and is good at getting their point across. Pieterses can be shy, but have an inner flare for being in charge and important. Pieterses are always protective and loyal to their family and friends. they are unique and independant. To be part of a pieterse family is great fun and also teaches you alot.
