Fuck Ocean is the insult of all insults. It is used to describe someone who you despise most. It was formed due to someone being called a “fuck yard” due to autocorrect.

From there it steamed to “fuck ocean” because lots of fish have sex inside of them, pee inside of them etc.

Basically meaning absolute nonsense but a great way to confuse, and insult at the same time.
