"A Sheila" is a person who gets the party started. She's loud - colorful, hip clothes - Awesome shoes - Awesome in general - friends with all - plans all the functions - ties everyone together and makes sure they are having fun. She's witty. If you are down, she makes you laugh and smile. Every office or circle of friends needs A Sheila!
