Lunge Hammer

A particular dance that was started from the RAGE club nights (Rock, Metal & Punk) at The Furnace.

It involves the holding of an imaginary hammer and lunging forward sharply on one leg bringing the 'hammer' down onto the floor in one swift movent in time with the music.

lung snot: rather nasty, thick mucus/phlegm that is excreeted from your lungs upon coughing/hacking. Usually as a result of a cold and can vary in color from bright green to medium brown. Typcially tastes extremely foul.
