Someone who talks about someone or something like they know all about it, but in reality they're either really new to it, or they want to make themselves look like a badass because the people they're talking to are clueless on the situation.

Brandon: "Meagan told me she was head walking and stage diving for that band the other night man!"

jabber laps

The action of driving or cruising in ones car around the local streets and beaches. Jabber lappers typically drive either v8,s that sound good or small doof doof cars with stereos that sound good. Usually done by rev heads on a regular basis on weekends. Male Jabber Lappers tend to drive with one elbow resting out the window. Female Jabber Lappers are a newer breed but they still partake in this pursuit, tending to drive smaller cars typically with some sticker on the back window claiming them to be a princess or 100% bitch.
Jabber Lappers will typically drive the same stretch or circuit of road repeatedly in any given evening or afternoon.
Often referred to as hoons.

The doof doof boys are doing jabber laps again.
