1. Someone who spends an unnecessary amount of time with someone of a local college town or local area, who is not of said residency themselves.
2. Someone who almost turns into a townie because they spend so much time with people who live in the local residency.

Honorary Black Person

Someone of another race who has been in all aspects, accepted and regarded as the same, by black people.

Now, someone is never made to be an "honorary nigga" by just one or two black people. A whole bunch of black people basically have to get together and decide, or at least 3 speaking with impunity on behalf of black people everywhere, to make someone an honorary black person.

Guy 1: Three times in my life a bunch of black people have decided to make me an "Honorary Black Person."

Chick1: so as an honorary black person, what do you do differently?

Guy1: I live my life the same as always. Nothing different.

Chick2: well this honorary black person is just a white dude.

Guy1: exactly.
