A "guest friendly" hotel is a hotel which allows unregistered guests (commonly prostitutes) back to the room. This is a popular "feature" in party towns or in towns where foreigners come to "meet" locals.

Many hotels do not allow unregistered guests to spend the night -- even when accompanied by a registered guest. In some countries, hotels will charge a "joiner fee" for any unregistered guests.

"Guest friendly" hotels are also sometimes called "no joiner hotels".

A Friendly fee is the advantage of a friendship who has something of use to you and will share it but instead of borrowing or abusing a friendship, you offer a fee to compensate the usage so it is of benefit also to your friend. It is a renting of sorts from a friend so instead of borrowing and one friend feels used, you offer to compensate them and other friend rents at a lower price than had he gone through other means.

A horror indie game demo created by John and Evan Szymanski centered around sentient Sesame Street like puppets. In the game you play as a handyman named Gordon sent to the abandoned studio of the formerly airing kids show ‘My Friendly Neighborhood’ only to find that the puppets are still there and are now violent.
