Uncle Flex

Uncle Flex (flex, or flexing;) Name given to an individual who possesses the characteristics of a sobriety challenged person known for behaving outrageously in public and committing leud and indecent acts.

The original Uncle Flex is rumoured to live in a small regional town in Victoria, Australia. It is estimated this man has consumed enough alcholic beverages to account for 15% of the worlds ocean volume. His drunken acts are well known and his audience is wide and diverse.
