An insanely cool person. A Togsi, is not as quiet as he/she looks. He/She is infact a hardcore rebel, waiting to be uncovered. A Togsi is feared by all teachers and deserved adoration and worship from his/ her peers.

New Teacher: "Why does noone want that person in their tutor?"
Old Teacher: "That person is a hardcore Togsi."
New Teacher: "Gasp!"

New Kid: "So, who is the coolest person in this year?"
Old Kid: "Well so and so is a proper Togsi!"

An amazing person. Trog-le-prawn is a word used as a red-herring to semantically mask how amazing this person is. While Trog-le-prawn sounds as though the recipient of such a name would be a) ugly b) French and c) smells of sea-food they are actually a) attractive b) not-French and c) smells of candyfloss. They say things that make people smile. The word is predominately used by vindictive twats to keep the wonderful Trog-le-prawns to themselves.... the twats
