When an actor / actress can't reach the same level of success portraying a role as an adult that they achieved as a child.
Dusin Diamond (Screech) serves as the example for fellow childhood actors / actresses, such as Gary Coleman, Emmanuel Lewis, Soleil Moon Frye, The Olsen Twins, and Jaleel White, of those who will always suffer from screech reach.

Reach-frame (noun):
A term derived from the medical concept of "reframe," denoting the act of excessively attempting to reframe a situation with an overly optimistic perspective. It's the process of trying to see the bright side of everything, even when it might not be appropriate or realistic.

Person 2: "Whoa, don't reach-frame it too much. Losing your job is tough, it's okay to acknowledge that."

The Eye-Reach-Around is an ocular manouver made by a guy trying to get a look at a women's buttocks. This is a tricky move because it requires a man to get a glimpse at an angle that is not obvious to the girl who knows she has a big ass. Also, you are generally speaking or facing the girl.
A boy and girl are talking and the guy or girl moves and the eyes look down and to the side and focuses where an illusion is created. The eye actually looks like it is reaching around.
This guy was talking to me and he made an Eye-Reach-Around to my ass.
