Used by people who have gone in and out of rehab many times.

A general term referring to modifying an existing computer interface in a way that makes it more personal or applicable to it's current owner's style. It can especially apply to the effort involved in creating the 'skin' artifact.

I re-skined that wiki so it looked like that guys other web site.
