There's no deep meaning to this phrase and as to why it's called this but it may be related to the "TikTok inside joke" that revolves around using the chair emoji (🪑) as a laughing emoji.

Get the bi chairmug. the chair in your bedroom that your gear likes to sit on (it has been fully adopted as the place to put the gear you don't know where else to put because you are lazy and stuff). the gear chair keeps the rest of your room clean.

What usually happens...
girlfriend: Oh my god! I love that dress!
