Can be used as an adjective or an exclamation. Dude awesome is also a philosophical idea, way of life, or oddly positive attitude that is about being a dude who is awesome and making it a priority to make sure that he/she is never an asshole. Awesome Culture

A personality type, typically for males, that is a step above being a soy boy, but not quite being an "epic beard/meal time" guy. Usually found on Reddit, will respond to everything with "Oh Wow! That's so AWESOME" or a variation thereof. Examples of Awesome Culture guys include Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Shia Lebouf.
