A person who is fake, annoying, passive aggressive, pretty dog, has an annoying laugh, has had anal and most importantly ranga and albino skin and with too manh freckles. This can be for groups too, (the albeans) a group which has a majority of rangas or just act like annoying as rangas (ranga on the inside)
