Pappu Pharaliya, from the village of Hardo Pharala, is believed to be the head of this illegal organisation and the gangs name suggests that the founders are young teens who are literate in english. Other members of this gang may include Geeta Sadarpuria, Palwinder Bahia, Babbu Bambiaal, Satinder Shindi, Chabbi Badmash and Ramnik Binning Bhanokiya.
