A British phrase used to gently address the fact that a woman or group of women have mental health issues or other problems. It's often used to discourage men from dating women that others can see have emotional baggage.
Alfred's mother - Alfred is such a good kid I can't belive how he's had the worst luck with women.
Alfred's mothers friend - You should talk to him he's too nice he's attracting Birds with broken wings.

It’s when taking a “dry scoop” of pre-workout to the face before hitting a pump. Someone, usually of the preferred sex but if it’s with ur boys that’s cool, puts the “chaser” into their mouth to then spits it into yours to help wash down the powder.
Kyle: “Yo, I just ran a “Locker-Room Baby-Bird” with Ashly and I’m bouta hit a bench PR‼️“
Bradly: “Hell yeah boy, can you help me with mine real quick? “*passes gatorade* “Cuz we’re boys, right?”

The act sending someone a picture or link that is totally unrelated to the current conversation in order to redirect conversation away from an important topic or question. IE Britney starts a conversation with Jessica on a sensitive subject and Jessica responds with an unrelated picture of a bird.
I’m tired of Jessica always birding me when I try to have a serious conversation about our relationship status.

A type of punishment dished out for stupidness, abscence or as initiation within a rugby club. 2 persons required, a mother bird and and baby bird. The 'Mother bird' consumes alcohol until vomit is produced and must 'feed' the baby bird.
Miles and Han missed the first rugby tournament of the year for unknown reasons. Miles must now bird feeder Han.
