Slang for someone that makes exessive hand gestures. Though exessive IS realitive, a williams needs to make many, many (and sometimes sexual looking) hand gestures.

Get the Williammug. A William is a boy that is considered the quiet kid, he does average in school and he has a passion for video games. When he tries to do something, he keeps going until he finishes it. He is also the most loyal guy you will ever meet. He doesn’t look that tough but when his friends are getting bullied he will stand in a beat them up. He has a lot of strength when the people he love are in danger. In total he is a great guy
