The jerking motion one uses in a bret job is similar to what a swimmer looks like when they break the surface of the water while performing the breast stroke. The person giving the bret stroke sits either facing the two receivers or sitting in between the receivers. The bret stroker then uses a jerking motion similar to the breast stroke to pleasure the receivers.
