One variety of internet troll. Really good at contributing snarky, sarcastic or otherwise useless posts on public message boards.

It is impossible to post something political on Facebook without the snarkbots taking over the post.

A person who is naturally inclined to have fits of nasty, assholish behavior on a regular basis. Usually someone with severe constipation, anal retention and control freak issues. Friends never know when this person will snap and become snarky.
