Chengapa is a person ( usually male) from coorg in India. He never finishes work on time and usually misplaces items of value. Chengapa isn't very good in bed and his seducing skills need practice. He also breaks many chairs.

During the late 1990s, this was the name given to the Dance or Techno music that invaded the country's radio station, lounges and discotèques.
