A person who hides up on the branches of trees and jumps down to grope, fondle, or molest an unsuspecting passer by.

The tree hopper Man hiding in tree hops out in front of girl walking by and opens up his trench coat and screams touch my one eyed snake. Closes his trench coat quickly runs to her fondled her breasts and runs away.
