ight so i was reading a fan fic and it said "he was planking over me" and i have no fucking clue what it means bc isnt that like a stupid exercise??? But whatever bc now i have decided to make up my own definition for any poor soul in the same position as moi.
Planking is the act of having hard core mind blowing sex the planker being the top.

"Dude he was planking me so hard"
"omg fr? i did think u were struggling to walk today lmao"
"yeah also i started calling it planking bc i read the first sentence of a fanfic and asumed it meant something sexual. I'm so glad u also think this."

Jerk Plank

Beating the fuck out of your meat while doing planks, ultimately leaving you with jacked abs and some killer triceps. Don’t forget to alternate arms! Nobody wants someone with jacked right arm!

Person 1: Bro your abs and arms are HUGE! How’d you do it?
Person 2: I did the Jerk Plank at the gym. It didn’t go so well but at least I’m jacked now!
