Study Jet lag 

A messed up sleep pattern due to late night studying. Especially among University studentswho study during the night and then get up early for lectures or exams just to fall asleep during the day when they get home. Adjusting after several weeks of late night studying back to a normal sleeping schedule is usually difficult and the student experiences a jet lag even though they haven't been traveling through time zones.

When playing a sports game and one doesn't want to play a position when asked but someone else has already beaten him to playing last in said position, he will shout "Seg lag" and be second last.

Rocket Lag 

Similar to jet lag, but with space ships. Traveling between mars and beyond (hopefully someone in the year 3000 reads this) will seriously screw up your circadian clock. Symptoms include needing a nap (or, if you're reading this in the future, a quick sleep in the cryo pods) and coffee.
