Anglomasking

Changing your name to make it sound more English to hide your origins. This could be done to avoid systemic racial bias e.g. when searching for a job, to give first language English (FLE) people a name they can pronounce, or to allow you to hide in plain sight while you behave like a judgemental wanker to people from other countries because no-one will suspect you of being one of them now!
Terry: Now that she married into an English name she's gone a bit xenophobic
Samantha: ah she's anglomasking

Karen: thanks for coming in, but I wasn't expecting someone so...exotic
Chyou aka Sarah: yes I had to put my anglomask on just to get my application past the recruiterbots
