This video became popular mostly amongst high schoolers and college students, having many spin-offs and remixes of their original videos. It became so popular, the creators of these videos where invited on a show named Ellen, where one of them was given a surfboard and the other, a lifetime supply of the shoes that made him famous: white vans. This proves that this generation laughs at just about anything stupid and repetitive and can make any moron(s) famous.
