Being the key word. My argument is not that it was used in 'training.' MY work IS the thing they are building from the ground up. The massive data set. The "transformer architecture model." The two asymmetrical cycles of loops of computation.

If you aggregated my posts about AI you would have 'A copyrighted theory of AI" that they are trying to implement without pay and you are trying to let them get away with it because it is happening to me. I'm not going to let them get away with it. Even if you are willing to, I'm not going to let it happen. AI currently only has 2 phases. Training and Inference. Those aren't even all of the phases that I conceptualized. They still have 2 left. And they have no where else to go with it because it isn't their idea. So no there is nothing transformative about it that makes it fair use. Get these other authors out of it. They are fucking up MY case. You corrupt fucking judges shouldn't be ruling on it without my input."
