The insult used as a last resort if the other person has said something diabolical and so nasty that they shouldn't live in this world any more. It literately means a horrible, spiteful person and it used mostly in circumstances that can not be retained from.

1. Poo poo head (pronounced pooh-pooh-head) Is used when someone has done something extremely bad.

2. Can be used in a carefree way for children.

Mike: Haha, I heard that your hamster died of diabetes LOOOL

Luke: That is the worst thing you could ever say. You sir are a poo poo head!

Term for brand new American naval recruits the first few weeks of boot camp at the Great Lakes (Chicago, IL) Recruit Training Center (RTC). The term comes about as new recruits start off wearing black watch caps (knit stocking caps) instead of the classic white "dixie cup" hat of the traditional US Navy enlisted man.

Man, those raisin heads sure are a sorry bunch.

hookah head

A hookah head is a special, unique individual that loves a good conversation and is easy to talk to on just about any topic over a hookah sech. they are great listeners(as long as you do not feed them alcohol)and can be insightful(for they are deep ponderers). Although, they can also get caught up in a "mind dream" aka "lala land" from to much alone pondering hookah seshs. Over all they are just as compassionate and loving people as they are to there beautiful(most likely given a personal name for-)hookah.
