Buff

"Buff" means you're over 160+lbs who is cut and actually has muscle that shows. If you are under that weight and only have a six pack you are not qualified to be called buff. In fact you are skinny. So delete those pics of you lifting up your shirt.

Damn Jake is getting buff! Did you see his traps and triceps?! You can see them more defined! Unlike Esteban who is just skinny.
