Scrump

(noun) A ghetto, usually white girl, that wears boys boxers and low-ridin' shorts. She usually has a strange figure, not skinny, not fat, in between and lets it show. She has a nasty face and even nastier genitalia, or vagina. A step up from the adjective 'scrumpy.' Originated in Wichita, KS by Colton Falconburg.
