Violation of Team Rules

A common phrase used by many NCAA Football and basketball coaches that almost always means "smoking marijuana". Since the NCAA doesn't regulate controlled substance use for fear of losing half their great athletes, they allow the individual schools to regulate how much marijuana their athletes smoke. If an individual athlete smokes so much weed that he/she is dumb enough to get caught red-handed smoking or selling, that athlete is suspended for a game in his/her respected sport (Unless Lane Kiffin is the coach in which case it is a mere half game).

Binary Rule

Binary is a base-2 number system made up of only two digits 1's and 0's.

The term BINARY RULE refers to the common phenomenon where a couple will usually be made up of a large or fat person aka a ZERO and a slim one aka a ONE. So if you want a skinny partner you better put some weight on!

This term is being used regularly on the streets of Birmingham, UK where it was discovered.

Some examples and proof of the Binary Rule would be; Fred Flintstone is a binary 0 and his wife Wilma is a binary 1.

Or any bodybuilder would be a binary 0 and his petite skinny bimbo would be the binary 1.

Generally accepted internet rule that states that pornography or sexually related material exists for any conceivable subject.

Additionally it is accepted that the rule itself has limitations and you cannot be too specific on the content of the item in question.

Most commonly used on various message boards for various reasons, from humor to cruelty.
