People who show up to parties even if they are not invited.

People who show up to random houses just so they can get drunk, they are usually disrespectful in the process, as rats generally are.

People who text everyone they know to see what they're doing and will go where ever they hear the word "party"

Dude lets be party rats and go to this bitches house 20 miles away, my buddy is there now and says its sick.
