Southern California Edison (SCE) is guilty of practicing Energy Fascism because they refuse to pay their residential solar electricity customers the same amount, for energy they put into the grid that SCE charges it's non Solar customers for that same Energy when those customers take it out of the PUBLIC grid.
This "monetary difference" makes the Utility shareholders record profits while preventing many more residential customers from installing their own solar panels because of the very long payback period; this practice is used to maintain profits and market share from being reduced by the ever decreasing cost of home solar panels.

Get the fascism mug.Used in the SCRUM process, a popular in software development projects. Often estimates are given in story points, rather than days or hours. For some reason story points have to be a fibonacci number. At the same time a person are often given a limit of how many story points you can commit to in a given sprint. E.g. 8 story points per person in a two week sprint.
Scrum master: And how many story points do you think that one is worth?
Developer A: 3 - maybe a little more
Developer B: 5 - maybe a little less
Developer A: Lets agree on 4 story points then.
Scrum master: No can do. 4 is not a fibonacci number.

This movement usually will push forward authoritarian leaders who will take that anger and fear to limit freedoms and consolidate power within the elite in the name of "security"(the wealthy, the corporations, the military, and the politically connected). Scapegoating a minority class (usually immigrants or people of different religious beliefs) will be used to deceive those who are not elite but believe they are being "attacked". History shows this movement goes one of two ways: pushing further right to eventual military dictatorship or oligarchy, or a revolt pushing left expanding powers and opportunity to all others.
