Uncalled derping in the classroom during a test, business meetings, interviews, orgainization, or with someone who is really hurting emotionally and needs you to be serious.

Person 2: WTF...she did? Thats harsh bro there is a time and place for everything, but to be Dirty Derpin at that time...
