The act of Strategically Transferring Equipment to an Alternate Location. Usually done by the U.S. Military and it's many branches, mainly the U.S. Navy and Marine corps, however any nation, sovereign or otherwise, can do this.

The United States of America is able to S.T.E.A.L. a lot of equipment due to their insane defense budget and vast stupidity that usually works.

S.F. Sorrow

"S.F. Sorrow" by The Pretty Things is an album written about the circle-of-life of an ordinary WWII veteran - from birth through love to his inevitable delusion. Originally intended to be called "Sergeant Sorrow", it was influenced by a chronicle of short stories written by composer Phil May.

Despite limited media coverage and relatively poor sales, "S.F. Sorrow" is remarked as the world's first rock opera and greatly inspired The Who's "Tommy."
