butt-bagged

When you stick your butt in someones face(usually while they are laying down)and jiggle it. The butt-bagged process isn't complete until you fart in the persons face. It is also recommended that you take the person by surprise to not risk any unwanted injuries.

I just butt-bagged lerroy for 5 minutes but regretted it because he chopped by dick off.

He will generally try and stand out in the crowd by over dressing for the situation and emphasizes his apperance more so than his personality which he generally lacks.

2. General pejorative directed at men.

"Dude, check out the douche bag in the cable knit scarf drinking the Mich Ultra."
