Dick bait is like click bait but persuades people to click on it with promises of seeing pictures of Dick Van Dyke, only to be met with the sad, lonely face of Sarah Jessica Parker.
"I just got tricked by some serious dick bait, man."
"Oh, really? Were they long and black or thick and Polynesian?"
"Dude, Dick Van Dyke is white. Show some goddamn respect."

Steven: What the fuck is that shitwad babbling about over there?
Sean: He was talking about how much of a shame it was that Bush couldn't run for a third term.
Steven: That asshat is butcher-bait for sure.

When someone posts something online(usually a video or comment), for the sole purpose of getting hate comments/interactions. The same way clickbait is purposely outlandish and misleading so people click on it, hate-bait is usually ridiculous or hateful so people react to it.

Also known as Reductio ad Stalinum, Reductio ad Marxisum, Reductio ad Chomskynum, Reductio ad Bakunum/Reductio ad Bakuninum, Reductio ad Libertarianum, Reductio ad Leninum, or Red-tag, is a logical fallacy (part of ad hominem) when someone dismiss speaker's argument by accusing them as a leftist
A: You're fascist <=A is deliberately doing reductio ad Hitlerum by accusing B as a fascist
B: STFU you leftist liberal special snowflake <= B is deliberately doing red-bait fallacy by name-calling A as leftist liberal special snowflake
