Sometimes mistaken for scarecrows, parking meters or lamp-posts, the life of a monoped is not an easy one and the constant hail of abuse from bipeds (normal people) can seriously damages their confidence, sometimes to such extremes that they end up never leaving their house again. The ones that live their whole lives indoors eventually turn white and look like cheap imitations of casper, especially if they're bald.
